4. ESTIMACIONES, COTIZACIONES Y EXACTITUD DE PRECIOS

5. TÉRMINOS DE PAGO, FACTURACIÓN Y CARGOS POR MORA

  • Métodos de pago: Aceptamos tarjetas de crédito autorizadas, tarjetas de débito, transferencias bancarias, pagos electrónicos ACH y cheques corporativos aprobados.
  • Fechas de vencimiento: Los pagos por servicios residenciales vencen inmediatamente al completarse el trabajo técnico, a menos que se hayan autorizado previamente plazos netos por escrito por nuestra oficina corporativa.
  • Cargos por mora: Cualquier saldo impago después de la fecha de vencimiento acumulará intereses a una tasa del 1,5% mensual, o la tasa máxima permitida por las leyes del Estado de Ohio, la que sea menor. 10. DIVISIBILIDAD Y RENUNCIA

4. ESTIMATES, QUOTES, AND PRICE ACCURACY

  • Physical Inspection Required: Definitive technical quotes require a physical, on-site inspection by a certified OPERTECH LLC technician. Formal written quotes are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issuance unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
  • Adjustments: We reserve the right to alter pricing if the actual site conditions, equipment specifications, or scope of work differ significantly from the initial parameters provided by the Client.

5. PAYMENT TERMS, INVOICING, AND LATE FEES

The Customer agrees to settle all financial balances in accordance with the payment terms specified on the formal service order or commercial invoice.

  • Payment Methods: We accept authorized credit cards, debit cards, bank wire transfers, ACH electronic payments, and approved corporate checks.
  • Due Dates: Payments for residential services are due immediately upon the completion of the technical work, unless prior net-terms have been authorized in writing by our corporate office.
  • Late Fees: Any unpaid balance outstanding past the due date shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, or the maximum rate permitted by the laws of the State of Ohio, whichever is lower. The Customer shall be liable for all collection costs, attorney fees, and legal expenses incurred by OPERTECH LLC during recovery efforts.

10. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

If any provision or clause within these Terms is determined by a competent court of law to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining sections of this Agreement shall continue to operate in full force and effect.
